How hard is the switchover to Dataphone?

It’s really simple — you can keep your settings, features, and hardware, if you so choose, as well as your phone numbers. Your employees will likely not notice the change!

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of phone lines?

There is a minimum of three lines, but no maximum — you can have as many lines as you’d like.

My company runs in a unique way. Can you help me configure my lines optimally?

Sure, we’re all about customized configurations. We take the time to listen to your specific needs and understand the way your company runs. No two companies have the exact same setup and we won’t proceed with yours until we get the full picture.

Will we ever experience downtime?

We can’t promise you’ll never experience downtime – any technology can be subject to outages. However, since we have 3 separate data centers, failures can be resolved quickly and our service is very reliable. Our customers have never had a noticeable outage to date!

As CTO of Dataphone, Ahron oversees the software design and implements new technologies for the company. He guides us on broadening the company’s scope, making new services accessible to Dataphone customers. He is the expert at defining our process of architecting failovers, and our customers rely on his ingenious solutions. He guides the software team in VoIP and development with patience, leadership, and skill.

On top of his skills at coding, problem-solving, and debugging, he’s an exceptional communicator. With years of experience, including 3 at Dataphone, Ahron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
